All orders are processed within a few minutes. Orders are not dependent on weekends or holidays, and are available 24/7.

Delivery Process

Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you from info@crochetclub.store. This will include details of the purchase and a link to download the digital product.
If you did not receive the letter, check the junk mail. If you still haven't received the email, email us at info@crochetclub.store.

Delivery Timing

Upon approval of your purchase transaction, the digital download will be immediately available for you on the website and via the link provided in the confirmation email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

As our products are digital, there are no shipping fees. Your product will be available to download immediately after purchase.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email from info@crochetclub.store once your order is available, containing your download link.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

www.crochetclub.store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, as our products are digital, there typically are no such fees.

Damages
